Loreal Annual Meeting

L’Oreal appointed Switch to organise and run its annual UK conference. This event, for 650 staff, was a platform for the cosmetics giant to acknowledge key achievements over the past year and communicate L’Oreal’s ongoing sustainable development strategy and goals.
As well as full set/stage design and construction, lighting and event planning Switch handled all audio and visual (A/V) requirements for the day.
Switch was also commissioned to produce an interactive DVD of the event which enabled the company to utilise the event for future training and corporate branding purposes.

Juice Doctor Hydration Roadshow

Switch conceived and implemented a multi layered nationwide campaign which saw the Juice Doctor brand promoted through a raft of original media promotional concepts. This included an intensive 5 week brand awareness mission which incorporated mass sampling in mainland stations, guerrilla-style tactics in major city centers across the UK, all in conjunction with a national press campaign.

Sony Ericsson Funday

Switch were approached by Sony Ericsson to create and host a Summer fun spectacular for 100 key clients at T-Mobile. Held with the stunning suroundings of Hatfiled House, the event included a high octane ‘it’s a knockout-style’ competition, a 5 star gourmet buffet and live entertainment climaxing with the multi award winning UK Beat box champion Beardyman.

In addition ‘Switch’ created a bespoke online registration and data capture mechanism to facilitate guests individual requirement for the day. This include ability to attend, dietary requirements, T- Shirt size, medical condition etc. This system has now been rolled out on a number events since and has proved to be invaluable tool to both Switch and our clients.

Switch also filmed, edited and produced a short montage of the days highlights which was later sent to all attendees

KFC Breakfast Launch

Switch worked closely with leading brand marketing agency Haygarth in implementing a 5 week product launch campaigm for KFC’s breakfast menu

Teams of six brand ambassadors were strategically place in and around London’s flagship KFC restaurant in Marble Arch. Voucher redemption figures were on average 200 per day.

Channnel 4 Trade Show

Switch hosted a Trade Show presentation with live entertainment for 350 people from key UK retail outlets. Alex Zane from the popular TV show presented key awards.

Switch was solely responsible for veune finding, theming, stage build, catering and all A/V support for the day. We were also asked asked to film the event and provide a fully edited,TV quality DVD for all attendees to take home.

RBS Conference

Switch was commissioned to organise this “Tip of the Iceberg Conference” for RBS, consisting of a two day sales conference and a one day team building exercise in Reykjavik.

The objective was to communicate strategic planning for the year ahead and develop internal relationships.

Switch was solely responsible for veune/location finding, registration, transport, theming, stage build, catering and all A/V support for the day.

Sony Ericssson Gala Dinner

Sony Ericsson and their Field Marketing Agency Reach were brought together for three days to communicate the key messages/successes of the year and to enjoy a team building afternoon and socialising evening.

Switch provided a unique, memorable and motivational experience and provide a platform to reward key achievers.
we staged an elaborate ‘Oscar’ themed awards ceremony at the opulent Blenheim Palace followed by a 1 day conference with a key note speaker

Warner Bros Trade Conference

Switch produced this Annual trade conference for Warner Bros in order to launch new home video and DVD titles and educate retailers. We staged a live presentation to an audience of 600 in the opulent Mayfair area.
